nit letting me switch my number

I have just phurxhaces a new phone with id mobile I want to switch my old number but its not letting me

@Carole Marsden  HI I had the same problem in porting my number over yesterday so i spoke to live chat team  & they took my details & the pac code etc & my number was ported over today successfully 😀 .. so as I had same experience as you I'd advise speaking to live chat team
