No Annual Price Rises

Hoping some can clarify this for me please!

I purchased a SIM only which clearly says no annual price rise yet in my contract details it says £1.50 increase every April. 
 

Is this just an error or there actually annual price rises?

There is also the following in section 12.22 of the Full terms and conditions:

Fixed Price Increase

12.22 If you have a phone plan, we’ll apply a Fixed Price Increase of £1.50 annually to your monthly plan. The Fixed Price Increase will be applied from the date of your April bill. Any price increase under this Clause will not give you a No Fee Right to Exit.

The Fixed Price Increase will not apply to SIM only plans. For more information, please visit www.idmobile.co.uk/price-increases

My answer for some reason did not come through so I’ll try again. 
 

I did purchase a SIM Only deal so as you quote snout stated this would not qualify for an increase yet my contract says this.

Assuming your iD SIM only contract began after 15th Jan 2025, then section 12.22 of the iD terms & conditions would apply to your iD SIM only contract. Hence, no annual price increase. 

Did you receive a PDF copy of the iD terms & conditions for your SIM only contract?

Thanks Again for replying. 
 

There were issues setting up the account as I was assigned a number already issued to another person so was not a good start. The documentation I received was for the aforementioned number so today a new number was issued but still no updated account details. 
 

However on logging into my account not that the switch has been completed I noticed the addition of the price increases. 
 

I have been in contact with chat and they acknowledge an error and advised to wait 24hrs.

Hi ​@Worldtrav747  as  ​@andewhite  has explained, a price increase does not apply to SIM only plans. Sorry for any confusion, hopefully our terms and conditions clear this up for you.

I’ve already been informed that the error is on your end as there should have been no price increases having purchased a SIM Only deal.
