No auto connect

I cannot auto connect a

t all to iD mobile on my phone Motorola Edge 20 Lite. I've checked all my settings and they are all set up correctly. This is incredibly frustrating as I can't use my phone when out and about and I can't be contacted. What is the issue? 

I have recently upgraded to 4 to 5 Gbs data a month, SIM card only and the problem has started since then.

I’m sorry to hear this, have you been sent a new SIM card with your upgrade? The account may now be active to that new SIM card.
