no calls from europe

I ve tried all those streps. I am roaming and can receive messages but cannot make a call

Where in Europe are you?

Germany then Austria and Hungary

Is this happening only when you make calls? Can you receive calls?

i can ring my partners  mobile , he is in Europe with me  and we can receive calls from each other using  5 G

We are both on ID mobile and have same issue

OK, could it be they are chargeable numbers? It may be worth increasing your bill cap to see if the calls go through then.
