i cant make calls in or out for about a week. Although my phone isnt on your list of approved phones (MI MAX 3) it is “LTE” prefered so should it work?

If it’s not on our Approved List we cannot guarantee compatibility with VoLTE, which is now needed due to the 3G Switch Off. You can try these troubleshooting steps:
But if they don’t work, you’ll either have to change to an Approved Handset or switch providers.
