no coverage for the whole day

I haven’t had any coverage in my house for whole day today. Normally I have 2 to 3 bars.

Hi Tom,

No, I have signalled at late evening during that day but I had no signal for over 12hrs. Would I be able to be compensated for my inconvenicences. 

I was having this issue at home.

Hey there @Ryan Yeung, we wouldn’t look to compensate for an outage in a certain area initially, as with any network, issues can occur.

 

As you’ve only the raised it with us, we’d need to see if there’s an improvement in the area soon, and if so, that’s great. If not, please come back to us soon and we can launch a further investigation for you.

Hi,

 

It affected everything since I had no coverage what so ever. I am not happy it been a week without and coverage. I have checked from the site you sent me it is still showing red when I put in my post code.

 

Anyway, since no compenastion I will take my business elsewhere. No need to check any further since I won’t be using your services any longer.
