No Date Set for Phone Number Switch

I signed up with ID through Carphone Warehouse and entered my PAC code at the time of ordering my new phone. On an email from Carphone Warehouse it says as I collected my phone in store that I'd be advised of a switch date for my old number to come across to ID. I have no idea of this date - I've not had a "welcome to ID" email or anything.

I've contacted Carphone Warehouse who said to contact ID but the help chatbot only tells me how to get a PAC code. I've done that bit 🤣 I just want to know when my number will come across so I don't have to bring 2 phones everywhere with me! I ordered my phone on Wednesday, picked it up yesterday & got a text with my ID mobile number on it today if that helps? 

Can anyone advise at all?

Sounds like your PAC was not processed correctly, @Sandz2710

Use the iD Live Chat to talk to an adviser.

Avoid the 24/7 chatbot by typing “talk to a person”, once you’re chatting online. 

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Thank you. I did that. Number swap won't be until the 7th (I imagine that's due to the weekend and bank holiday!) so two phones necessary until then. Thanks for your response 😊
