No email with confirmation

Hello I purchased a phone  online but I didn't get any confirmation email.

Hi ​@AnnaR43, did you preorder the phone? 

If so, the confirmation email will only arrive once the phone has been dispatched by the warehouse team the night before it arrives.

If not, please let us know here and we’ll be able to send you a PM.

Alternatively, you’ll be able to contact the live chat team to confirm the order has been placed successfully. If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’ or select this option, you’d be put through to a live advisor.

Order was placed on 18 of December.

I did not preordered the phone I purchased 18 of December but phone still is not here.

I have contract summary if you need I can send it to you.
