Status Checker says all is ok when I can’t make or receive calls. Agent chat which is very difficult to get too anyway suggests switching off clean sim etc etc. still not wifking but elsewhere on ID says calls between EE and ID not working. WHY DOESN’T AGENT KNOW THIS AND PASS IT ON ! Also you should say EE AND BT LANDLINE.
