no internet outside the house

No internet as soon as I get out of the house, signal drops straight away. Been going on for two months, already talked about this once already with idmobile. Load of rubbish 🤬

    Hey there ​@Sdaj3869, sorry to hear that. If it happens everywhere, then this would indicate a device or SIM issue, as we wouldn’t expect coverage issues everywhere you go. Have you tried a free replacement SIM card since being with us please?

    Hi there ​@Sdaj3869, I’d recommend trying one. Please see how to get a free replacement eSIM or physical SIM here:

     

     

    Once you get it, and manually activate it, I’d reccommend giving it a few days, and if no improvement, please get back in touch.
