hi, I am in portugal and I cannot get any mobiel coverage.  wi fi in the house ok and my dads phone )also ID) gets mobiel (good 5G) but not me  any ideas

Thank you.  We got there in the end by googling what network ID use in Portugal and then choosing it manually.  I am afraid that the live chat with ID was absolutely useless.  Lots of irrelevant information, clearly no expert knowledge and promises that were not kept.

    Did you figure out a solution? Make sure Roaming is switched ON in the iD Mobile app AND on your phones settings.

    Thanks Matthew.  It is not that the live chat were “unable to support me” - they were completely and utterly useless.  They had no idea how to help, gave inaccurate information and promised to call back and then didn't.  They were frustrating to deal with and wholly incompetent.  ID offer a good deal but the customer service when something goes wrong is shocking.

    ​@soulbroth3r  My understanding iD Mobile customers travel to Portugal, their devices will connect to the networks of NOS or MEO.

    Vodafone, NOS – Comunicações, S.A. (formerly Optimus), MEO (formerly TMN)
