no mobile data even after changing sim


My son uses a iPhone 13 we got a SIM only deal with ID only a cheap one. He gets 25gb of data but has never been able to use it as as soon as he leaves WiFi there's nothing he can still call and text. I have took him to replace SIM still the same. We have been all through the phones settings and nothing stands out can anyone help

As @andewhite has advised it would be worth testing the SIM in a different handset as a replacement SIM has already been tested.

It’s also worth resetting your network settings and ensuring mobile data is active.
