no mobile data this weekend despite string 4g signal

I’ve had no mobile data coverage the last two days (12th-13th July) despite a strong 4G signal in multiple locations - including LA11 6EN, LA5 0SW, LA12 8AT. All these locations show good outdoor coverage so I’m a little confused. I’m new to ID Mobile - is this normal? I need a reasonably reliable signal.

    I collected the locations  - 2 of the 3 postcodes are showing that the network is down for unplanned maintenance. 1 of the 3 is reported as network congestion problems. Does anyone know, does this happen a lot?

    Sorry to hear this, are the issues only in these areas?

     

    If you go further away from these areas, how is signal?

    Thanks Tom, no there was no signal in or around any of these postcode areas.

    Have you tried your SIM in another handset perhaps ​@phild123 ?
