i have recently upgraded to a sim only deal and since i have done this i have no network. ive been told to change the sim but don't wnt to have to do this.

Hey there
Sometimes when changing plan, a new SIM card can become activated and will be posted out to you, meaning your old SIM card would stop working, as the new one takes over.
Therefore, you should’ve received this new SIM card now, and you’ll need to use this one. If this isn’t the issue, or you’ve not received it yet, please do let us know via live-chat for the quickest response:
