No OTP messages after switching from previous company

Hi there,

Need help as I don't get any OTP messages from my bank, vinted or even the gov.uk when checking something online!

Hi Tom,

I joined last year, but is not been until now that I noticed I only get OTP messages from Id mobile.

Nope, the only messages I have are from Id Mobile when you join the community
