I cancelled my account but forgot to request a PAC How do I get one . Five days since cancelation .

I should have 30 days to get my PAC after disconnection . According to email send to me .

Sometimes the web chat iD advisers seem inexperienced / untrained.

Can you use Facebook Messenger or X to PM iD support?

    The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - you’ll need to tell the 24/7 bot you want to “talk to a person”.

      Hi ​@Frank Flynn  we would suggest quickest way to resolve this is as ​@andewhite  suggested, as once an account is disconnected, we may not be able to provide this I’m afraid.

      Thanks Sian and Andy White . I tried yesterday for 3 hours to get on to Live chat with no joy and an hour today - same result . When I cancelled I thought I read that a PAC could be retrieved up to 14 days after disconnection . Any ideas about getting hold of Live chat ? I put my name in with and without my phone number but nothing happens .
