My iPhone 13 won’t make or receive phone calls. Everything else is working fine. It was fine this morning and then wouldn’t work this afternoon. I’ve tried turning it off/on again.

Have you tried to use the RESET NETWORK option, @sj630

The iOS user guide explains all the reset procedures for iPhone devices.

For example, with iOS 17 or later:

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Hey there @sj630, sorry to hear that.

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Have you tried resetting network settings?

Have you tried turning off iMessage, then restart your phone, then attempt a call?

Thanks,

Tyler

So I reset network settings and it worked. However it has now gone back to not being able to make phone calls again. I’m waiting for my old number to be changed over. Could this be part of the issue?
thanks
