No phone signal/internet for 5days!

I have been without a phone signal/internet since last Thursday (23rd Jan) unless connected to WiFi at home. This has resulted in me missing 4 very important phonecalls/messages/appointments.

I would like this rectified ASAP!

I have already been through all of the appropriate checks numerous times. This is an ongoing issue which is resulting in me getting more frustrated and missing extremely important calls/messages etc on a daily basis.

Can you switch to another service provider, ​@Jrob1978

You might get better service and support if you switch to another provider (not using the Three UK mobile network).

Not really an option right now - IMO this should be getting rectified as I am not the only person experiencing these issues.
