No service

My phone service has recently stopped working properly. It will be fine one minute and the next it’s completely gone for up to 45 mins at a time. The issue isn’t the area I’m in as it happens constantly throughout the day no matter where I am. How do I fix this?

Try replacing the SIM/eSIM. If it still happens then it’s likely a faulty handset.

Hey there @Emily Sanders, sorry to hear that.

What’s the full postcode you’re having issues in, and what phone do you have?

How long have you had issues?

Does it affect calls, texts and data?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler, I have an iPhone 11! I live within the G76 postcode but I’m having issues no matter where I am. I’ve had problems with the connection for a couple of months but it’s been particularly bad the last 2 weeks. It affects all calls, texts and data.

Thanks😊

Hey there @Emily Sanders, sorry to hear that. What is the full postcode(s) you’re having the issues in mainly please? Although it may happen everywhere for you, it does help to have some full postcodes please.

Do you have any signal at all, or does anything work at all at any time please, or is it always an issue?

Thanks,

Tyler
