Good afternoon , 

 

I'm having issues with my phone. it has happened numerous times over the last few months. my phone will not allow me access to the Internet, calls or messages. it keeps telling me I'm not registered on a network. I've been to carphone wearhouse and they have told me to contact you. its funny how there are ID mobile signes up in the store saying "fantastic network" 99% coverage and I don't seem to see any of that. as far as I'm concerned it's a very misleading sales tactic

I have no signal and can’t get and data coverage other than Wi-Fi?

Hello sorry but there's been an outage across the the UK due to maintance work. Some customer have now been reinstated to the network. Hopefully before long you both will be reinstated to IDMobile network.
