I’m not sure what you’re referring with something taking 7 days.
It’s worth noting that iD Mobile plans are for personal use only, not for business use.
If you’re still having issues with your number transfer, please let us know, or for a quicker service, we’d recommend using the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter.
