Hi!! I have 3 hours now since I can’t use the internet or the phone to make calls.I tried to use the app and also is not working.What is this? 

Some customers may still be experiencing intermittent issues with the network. Their engineers are working hard to fix it and they apologise sincerely to the inconvenience this is causing.


Clearly this issue has not been rectified I've had no mobile data or calls for 3 days.  What's the point of a mobile phone if you can't connect to the network!!


Please can you tell us what's going on? When will this be fixed?

Both my partner and I just got our signal back in Sheffield after several hours. 


No network can’t make a single call what’s going on

Are you still experiencing the issue?

It may be worth restarting the handset or resetting your network settings to see if that gets calls working.

Some customers are still having issues with 3G calls which is being worked on.
