no signal but i have id wifi call

Hello,

I am having a problem with my network. I am unable to get any mobile signal on my SIM card. I can see WiFi Calling, but I have no normal mobile network service (No Service).

I have already tried restarting my phone, removing and reinserting the SIM card, and turning airplane mode on and off, but nothing has worked.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Please confirm when this started as well as if you tried the sim in another handset and did a network reset?
