Myself and my husband (also on ID) have no signal and unable to access the Internet. We have to be connected to WiFi. Is there ongoing issues? If so how long will this last? We live in G75 area in Glasgow. Needing customer service support.

It may be possible today your service is back up and running in Glasgow.
Full service should be back up and running but from what I've see there still many customers out of service.
Long shot turn your phones off and power back on this my refresh your service.

We have had a recent outage that we apologise for, we believe services are back up and running, it may be worth rebooting your device to test.
