No SIM Card

Just joined idmobile and imported my old number.

Phone works fine but SIM Manager shows "No SIM Card" in slot 1. Tried card in slot 2 with same result! Details in About Phone show correct Phone number.

Does the iD SIM work in a different handset, @Strim?

Hi,

Yes, just put SIM into my old phone and straight away SIM 1 shows correct details.

Back in new phone...no details>>>

Maybe try a NETWORK RESET on your new handset, @Strim

The device user guide explains the reset procedures.

Just carried out a reset of the mobile network settings….SIM 1 showed my number at first but when I go out of SIM Manager, and then back in to check...it’s back to No SIM Card!!

Phone is compatible…..gonna go for a factory reset. Only had the phone a couple of days so not much to re-activate.

What device are you using with the iD Mobile SIM card?

 

Have you tried a replacement SIM card?

Hi Tom 

Turned out the phone had a software issue.

Been replaced and all looks good.....so far.
