no sim no service

I had an only sim id contract and moved to getting a new phone and contract, same sim and everything but I keep getting no sim no service once signal seems to disappear, takes ages for me to get it back. 

I've been resetting and turn it off and on again, removed the sim cleaned it etc but still keeps doing it! 

Any help please!? Dosent help when it keeps going and I'm on stand by for emergencies

There’s more chance of you getting help from the dead than anyone at ID Mobile. 

 

I’m in the same situation as you are. Live chat and this forum have been useless.

I've only done one post. 

 

Yeah since I put my old sim card into a new device it's been happening, and when its low signal as well. I've been trying to contact id but getting no where so going to travel to my nearest Currys and see what they say.

Did you test a replacement SIM?

Hopefully you see some improvements but if you don’t you can get back to us.
