Hi, I didn’t receive a welcome email so I didn’t get a transaction code. I’m switching over to ID mobile. Can someone help me? I’ve looked at live chat and it doesn’t show up once, ive even called and couldn’t get an answer. I’ve been waiting for 3 days.

Live Chat would be the quickest way to get this. Read this article if the Live Chat button isn’t showing
Once you get the button to show start the chat with talk to person to bypass their automated chat bot. The adviser should also be able to apply the PAC for you at the same time.
