No Transaction Number

I do not have a welcome email or my invoice. Please confirm how I can obtain my transaction number as I want to transfer my number from O2.

Okay @Richard James Oliver Feingold, in this case probably best to submit your PAC by using the iD online Live Chat service, and talk to iD customer service.

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “speak to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The iD advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
