no upgrade options on app or website.

Hi, 

 

I've been due an upgrade since 14/04/24. I've been trying to do this but have no upgrade option either on the App or when I log in to the Web page.

I've previously managed this effortlessly but now the process seems unnecessarily, intentionally?, obscure.

Initially the App was undergoing an update and access was not possible. Now all upgrade options are gone.

At the moment I am paying for a plan that includes the cost of a phone I own which is unacceptable.

What's going on?

An alternative to online is checking your upgrade options with iD Mobile sales, @Damion Taylor

Contact their sales team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

I’m sorry to hear this, we are aware of some issues with visibility of upgrades on the app, this is being worked on, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

In the meantime, we’d recommend the above from @andewhite and calling the sales team or visiting your local Currys store.

Resolved by spending an hour on the phone with the sales team.

Same issue here! Received email today telling me to click the links to view deals but there are no deals!!

 

If this issue has been ongoing for a month, why continue to send emails to customers and frustrate them when they waste time trying to keep their business with you??

I’m not going into Currys and certainly not spending an hour on the phone!
