Hi,
I've been due an upgrade since 14/04/24. I've been trying to do this but have no upgrade option either on the App or when I log in to the Web page.
I've previously managed this effortlessly but now the process seems unnecessarily, intentionally?, obscure.
Initially the App was undergoing an update and access was not possible. Now all upgrade options are gone.
At the moment I am paying for a plan that includes the cost of a phone I own which is unacceptable.
What's going on?
