No welcome email for PAC transfer


I haven’t received a welcome email so have no new mobile number or transaction number to register my account or complete my PAC transfer from Three. I think ID have the wrong email for me. What can I do!?

Use the iD online Live Chat service to submit your PAC, @Karra Mada.

After connecting online, type “talk to a person” to speak to an iD customer adviser. 

The advisers work 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
