noone can call me since switching

I have recently switched, Kept my number. I can make calls which shows as my number, can text or use WhatsApp but no-one can call me, why and how do I resolve please?

Have you tried restarting the handset with your iD Mobile SIM, @ils06085

Hi, many thanks for the reply, I have 3 times yes, still the same.

Have you checked your number in your settings? Which make and model handset are you using?

If the issue persists please let us know and we can PM you as it may be a routing issue.

Hi Kash, I have yes and it's correct. I have restarted once more but still doesn't work.
