Not able to make ohone call or receive

I have just been speaking to someone on the chat and has told me to move to another provider is this right ? Can I please get to speak to someone in charge

I have not been able to make or receive phone calls for more than 3 weeks and same with my 2 kids that are with ID Mobile to and because there’s an outage in my area Lambeth no ideia when it’s getting fixed so I will probably have to leave ID Mobile
