not able to make/receive calls

Not able to make or receive calls! I cant access the app to report this. I have noticed signal has been very weak the last few months!

Any idea when it will be up and working Matthew? I assume customers will be compensated, given its been down all day (and during main buisness hours)

We’re waiting for an update from our network partner Three UK. As soon as we have one I’ll be updating the Service Status page. Thanks!

It a utter joke  not even be  able to make or received calls no internet I want a full refund of my line rental , if i was to pay my bill late you would charge me extra for being late so why can’t we get compensated !!!!  I shall take this to small court if ID mobile don’t get their act right and do the right thing refund us all 

I won’t sign up again or renew my contact because your the only network that has no human you can’t even make a call to ID help or customer service why pay 79 quid per month to speak to a bot

I have not been able to make or receive call since yesterday. Any update ID MOBILE please.. we are all the same network with the whole family and can’t get in touch with my kids…

They wouldn’t, but they would suspend your services.

£79 a month? I can understand your anger! I pay £15 a month for unlimited everything with no long term commitment, and while this outage is annoying, I can deal with it as long as it’s not a regular occurrence.

Hold  mate you telling me I am going to be wasting my time taking ID mobile to small court if they don’t  refund  me , which part of the T&C are you referring to  ?

 

And do you work for ID mobile phone company ?

Customers should now be able to make and receive calls and text messages as normal. If you're still experiencing issues, please try restarting your phone. 

 

Also ​@waheedrafiq I’m afraid we cannot comment on compensation at this time, sorry about that.
