not been able to kake calls for over s week

I've not been able to make or receive calls or txt messages for the last 2 weeks. Done the upgrade but still nothing. 

Using Samsung galaxy phone.

Thank you for posting to us here on the community. 

 

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with calls and texts. 

In order for us to better understand, do you mean you recently upgraded your handset or received a new SIM? 

If the SIM requires activation, information how to do this can be found here

 

If your area has recently had 3G switched off and as you are using an Android handset,  ‘VoLTE’ will need to be enabled/toggled on in the device settings to allow 4G calling.

If you could please expand on the issues and provide details of the upgrade and what happens when you attempt to make a call/send a text, we would be happy to help.

Done all that but still can't make or take calls. I use my phone for my business and it's being effected because of this problem. 

Its been nearly 2 weeks now,  how long is this going to be an issue?

Will I get a refund  ????
