Since changing to iD in Dec 2023 I have been unable to guarantee being able to either make or receive calls. I have a new iPhone 14 which is not the problem. When trying to make a call the coverage bars often disappear and I have to wander about to gain coverage, despite there being no registered problem with iD when I checked. The calls often do not register and when I am able to connect the call often is dropped. In addition the quality of the connection is very poor.
As well as problems making calls frequently hear that family have been unable to reach me as their calls have not connected or just rung out yet there is no record of the call on my phone.
I am in my 70s and need a reliable service. This cannot be right! This service isn’t fit for purpose and would like to be released from my contract without penalty. How can I contact iD
