When I took out my plan I was told I’d receive 3months of free Apple TV. I’ve not received any information on this yet. How do I access this offer?

Step 1:
Claim up to 3 months free Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade with any purchase on idmobile.co.uk from 14th September 2022 until further notice.
Step 2:
For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.
Step 3:
Click the banners in either of these emails and you'll be directed to Apple's website. Follow the steps to redeem your offer(s).
