I completed the online form to activated the enhanced trade in and followed all the terms and conditions.
I received my original trade in amount of £10 no problem, however, the enhanced trade in amount of £150 never arrived.
I have been chasing this with TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk for two months and getting no where. They have asked for additional information, which I have provided. Then someone else picks up the enquiry, asks for the same information or doesn’t read my enquiry in full and states the £10 has been sent. I am waiting on the £150!!
This is ridiculous! Can anyone help?
