Not received my Enhanced Trade In amount


I completed the online form to activated the enhanced trade in and followed all the terms and conditions. 

I received my original trade in amount of £10 no problem, however, the enhanced trade in amount of £150 never arrived. 

I have been chasing this with TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk for two months and getting no where. They have asked for additional information, which I have provided. Then someone else picks up the enquiry, asks for the same information or doesn’t read my enquiry in full and states the £10 has been sent. I am waiting on the £150!!

This is ridiculous! Can anyone help?

Did you complete this form: https://currys.secure-mobiles.com/embeddedforms/v1/product/trade-in-promo before sending off the phones?

I believe you can also call Carphone Warehouse on 0370 111 6565. Unfortunately as the Trade-In service is not provided by iD, we have limited ability to directly support.

Hi, I have the same issue with 2 phones recently traded in after purchasing 2 of the pixel 9 pro XL. I have received my trade in amount of £335 and not the £200 each phone on top. There trade up team do not reply to their email address and I completed the forms at the time.

I am hitting my head against a brick wall here. Can someone please help or please give me a number to call?

Thank you. I did put the forms in, I've called the number today and they are escalating it.
