not receiving an international SMS OTP from Indian Bank


I'm not receiving an SMS / OTP from an Indian bank to activate a account. I'm UK based.

Hey there ​@Niscayah, sorry to hear that.

 

Do you have international and roaming features enabled via the iD Mobile app/website?

 

You can may also need to ensure your bill cap is high enough to allow texts to come through from India, and ensure premium features are enabled via the iD Mobile app/website also.

 

If you believe the number should be free to receive texts from, sometimes you may need to still change the cap and enable these features to allow for it to come through.

I've enabled all international roaming / Premium features in the ID mobile app.

The bill cap is set to the highest amount, but still not receiving SMS / OTP from foreign numbers
