I'm not getting calls from my Drs to my ID sim. Receptionist says it could be that my provider doesn't allow 'unknown' calls. Is that the case with ID? If so is there anyway to get this changed?

Hi, Ulefone - Note 14.
Drs surgery confirmed it was a remote working nurse calling me. No idea what number they used but they said it would have been withheld.

Are the Doctors able to now call you if they do not withhold their number or from a different line?
