My phone won’t receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls as of this morning

Mine is the same. I was expecting an important medical phone appointment today and now it has to be rescheduled. This is happening more and more often - it's not good enough and clear that iD mobile isn't fit for purpose. What are you doing to rectify and reimburse us?

This is an issue impacting all networks that piggyback off of Three UK (including Three themselves!), and not specific to iD Mobile. You may be aware, Three and Vodafone have recently merged, and looking at their Press Releases a big focus is to improve both coverage and reliability of the network. Thanks.
