not receiving sms from my Slovene bank?

Hi. I’m hoping someone can help. I have a Slovenian bank account and to authorise any transactions they send a sms with a numeric code. But I am no longer receiving them. They say it’s the mobile provider blocking them. Is that possible as at the moment I’m completely locked out of my account? They are on any blocked senders list on my phone and I’m definitely on the id network. Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear this, is your bill cap at £0 or higher?

 

If £0, it may be worth raising it to see if this could be blocking the text coming through.

 

Even if it isn’t a chargeable text, if it looks like it could be, the system may block it pre-emptively.
