Hi,
I joined ID Mobile a week ago and I am receiving SMS and one-time passwords from other companies, but not from Amazon, so I am unable to log in on my phone. I checked with Amazon and the messages are being sent from their end.
I spoke to IDMobile customer service and I am now stuck in a loop where every day I get a message saying 'we need to ask you for more information about the technical issue you raised with us' but when I contact Customer Service, they already have the information.
What else can I try? Thanks.
