I have had my iPhone 13 for about a year and have had problems with it since I got it. It doesn’t ring and goes straight to answerphone from some numbers, the reception is awful nobody can hear me no matter what area I’m in. I want my phone replaced. How do I do this?

We’re sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, is your correct number showing?
Have you tried resetting network settings and restarting your phone?
