Hi. In my household I have two ID mobile, both are port-in and I cant send text messages to some numbers (my son and my wife) and not receiving OTP from examples Whatsapp.
I talk on chat with them and told me to check setting of my phone and all what I saw here in ID Community without any results!
After all this they put me to get replace sims for both of my phones, and after activation of new sims, I still have the same problem.
What can I do more?
Ps. I try my sim on s22ultra, s23ultra, s24Ultra and s10plus none of this working to send messages to that numbers which I have the problem.
Are you having issues with any other OTP messages?
It may also be worth trying the below to see if that works.
1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages) 2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button) 3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. 4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number 5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages) 6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.
