not working unless connected to wifi

I switched to ID mobile yesterday and had an email to say the switch was complete however I can’t call or send messages unless I am connected to WiFi?!

Have you tried restarting your phone? Is the eSIM active or physical SIM inside the phone?

 

Do you have any network signal at all?
