Now have 2 accounts by mistake

I thought I had ordered an upgrade for my rolling monthly sim only plan but I’ve now got another sim coming with a different number.

So now I’ve got 2 contracts.

How do I cancel my original contract and keep my old number with my new sim when it arrives probably tomorrow?

I did ask this question yesterday but it’s dissapeared

Hey there @Billsmiles, sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your phone number from one iD Mobile contract to another I’m afraid. You can only keep your number via directly upgrading, or via a triangle port, where you move your number from your current plan to another network, then back to us via PAC code to the new plan.

Thanks,

Tyler

Ok thanks.

I’m going to have to cancel this new contract then. I’ve had the same number from the very first mobile phone I ever had and not getting a new number now.

It was very unclear when I thought I was just upgrading and ended up with a new contract.
