Nuisance calls

I'm receiving voicemail notification for this number several times a day the phone doesn't ring it goes to voicemail , when I retrieve it there's no message, how do I stop this number coming through 01244337930

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this, I can understand how frustrating repeated voicemail notifications like that must be.

 

Blocking the number should help stop this from happening. Here’s how you can do it depending on your device:

 

On Android:

  • Open your Phone app
  • Go to your recent calls or call history
  • Tap on the number (01244337930)
  • Select Block or Block/report spam

 

On iPhone::

  • Open the Phone app
  • Tap Recents
  • Find the number and tap the “i” icon next to it
  • Scroll down and select Block this Caller

 

Once blocked, calls from that number should no longer come through or leave voicemails.

Hello, the above reply by Gemma is in accurate. I've recently blocked a nuisance caller and everyday get voicemail notifications. This should NOT happen but it does. Looking to leave immobile and getter a provider that does properly block call.

Well Gemma, your appreciation of my frustration does absolutely nothing to solve the problem. Very poor. 47 voicemails now and idmobile are clearly unable or unwilling to do what they should and block the number from going g to voicemail. Will be switching to another provider.
