number change not working

I changed to ID mobile a month or so ago I kept my

older number and the swap of numbers all went through okay but for the last two weeks everyone I have contacted has been receiving calls from the number ID mobile gave me and the my original number I swapped too anyone know how I can get into contact with ID mobile or to fix this?
