My old phone number was ment to be changed over yesterday but it still hasn't happend I've reset my phone a number of times and still nothing can anyone help thanks

Sometime when you do it on your order it doesn’t go through. I suggest you do it again on the above link alternatively probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Verg   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Does your old service provider’s SIM still work, ​@Verg

As mentioned by ​@MZone, unfortunately sometimes iD don’t process the PAC correctly, when submitted during the online checkout process.   

Probably best to web chat with iD customer service, about your switch.

If your old SIM is still working, it sounds like the port hasn’t processed. You can do this again here - Switch | iD Mobile Network
